Eric Dillon

Eric Dillon is the current Chief Technology Officer at Logixboard. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at LiveStories from September 2015 to December 2019. Eric has also worked with Cisco as a Sr. Software Development Manager from September 2007 to November 2013. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of software engineers, architects, and product managers in an agile development environment. The team was distributed across the USA, EMEA, India, and Russia with a mix of employees and external contractors. Eric was responsible for assembling the team through internal recruitment, new hires, and external contractors. Their main responsibilities included product definition and direction through direct interactions with high-touch customers along with Product Management; Planning and delivery, support. More specifically, they managed the Prime Infrastructure Solutions team responsible for building value-add solutions around the core Prime Infrastructure management platform for large, high-touch customers and metro-wifi providers. Some examples of their work include the Prime Infrastructure Cluster Solution, iPhone/iPad mobile app development for on-the-go network troubleshooting, OSS/BSS integration through APIs into the management platform, and the Device Support Team for “Day1” management support of new Cisco hardware as they appear on the market.

Eric Dillon has a PhD in Computer Science from Universitée Henri Poincaré, Nancy, France.

They are on a team with Juan Alvarez - Co-Founder, Agasthya Upadhya - Head of Product, and Jaren Schwartz - Chief of Staff. Their manager is Julian Alvarez, CEO, Co-Founder.
