Natalia Panseri is an experienced retail and IT recruitment professional with a strong background in management and human resources. Currently serving as Gerente general de tienda at Lojas Renner S.A. since September 2019, and previously as Supervisora comercial, Natalia has honed skills in team leadership and operational oversight. In 2023, Natalia transitioned to RecruitingSKULL as an IT Recruiter, utilizing talent sourcing techniques such as Boolean operators and X-Ray searches for optimizing recruitment processes. Prior experience includes serving as Supervisora comercial and Store Manager at Cuesta Blanca from December 2013 to September 2019.
