Mahasti Mohammadi - Systemic Leadership Coach

Mahasti Mohammadi is a Systemic Leadership Coach with extensive experience in executive coaching and talent management within the luxury and fashion industries. Currently serving as a Learning Partner and Executive Coach at London Business School since April 2022, Mahasti provides one-on-one and group coaching for international executives and leaders. Mahasti has also been a Life & Executive Coach at MM Consulting since November 2009, holding ICF accreditation as a Master Coach. Previous roles include Principal at Sterling International Executive Search, where Mahasti focused on identifying and proposing creative talents to luxury brands, and Director of the Italian subsidiary at Janou Pakter Inc. Additionally, Mahasti co-founded Seven Design, a boutique web agency catering to luxury brands. Mahasti holds an MBA in International Business Strategies from École des Ponts Paris Tech.
