London Councils
Kate Hand currently serves as the Head of Climate Change at London Councils, a position held since December 2017. Previously, Kate held the role of Principal Policy and Project Officer at the same organization. Kate's extensive experience in environmental policy includes serving as a Trustee for Friends of the Earth from July 2016 to December 2023 and as a Senior International Policy Officer at RSPB from May 2014 to December 2017. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Environmental Policy from the Open University, studies in Issues in Modern Culture at UCL, and a degree in English Literature from Durham University.
