Anna Konstantinovskaya is a seasoned business developer currently serving as the LATAM Market Leader at the London School of Commerce in Valletta, Malta, since December 2023. With a robust background in public transportation policy and fiscal analysis, Anna has contributed significantly to TRANSMILENIO S.A. over multiple roles from 2012 to 2023, focusing on project structuring and the optimization of financial schemes. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Fiscal Analysis for the Secretaria Distrital de Hacienda, where Anna directed the preparation of Bogotá's Medium-Term Fiscal Framework, and as Academic Planning Coordinator at Universidad Central, where strategic academic service improvements were made.
