Ben Doughton

Ben Doughton serves as the Head of Product Operations at LCH Ltd, part of the London Stock Exchange Group, since December 2018. In this role, Ben oversees the product discovery platform, promotes product thinking, and develops a generative AI-centered innovation framework. Key achievements include organizing a Product Owner bootcamp aimed at enhancing collaboration among over 40 product owners in Post Trade. Previously, Ben held senior product management roles at LCH, where responsibilities encompassed managing collateral management strategies and enhancing product offerings for Clearing Members. Ben also has project management experience from JP Morgan, where leadership in client services and reconciliation processes were key duties. Ben holds a BA (Hons) in Film Studies from Solent University.
