Dan Ursu

Dan Ursu is currently serving as Manager, Legal Counsel at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since August 2022, following a position as Associate at Travers Smith from September 2018 to August 2022, focusing on Corporate, M&A, and Equity Capital Markets. Dan began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor, specializing in Corporate M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Previous internship experiences include roles at Vinson & Elkins, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, and JONES DAY®. Dan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol and completed legal studies at BPP Law School.
