Joanna Clifford

Joanna Clifford is a seasoned Global Programme Manager at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since December 2020, with extensive experience in project and change management across the financial sector. Prior to this role, Joanna served as the Refinitiv Access Implementation Lead for the EMEA region until September 2023 and held the position of Senior Project Manager at RPMI Railpen, where the design and delivery of a new target operating model for Private Markets was overseen. Joanna’s background includes significant roles at Deutsche Bank, driving a global client offboarding operating model as part of a regulatory transformation programme, and at HSBC, where collaboration across banking divisions led to a standard operating model for client offboarding. Additional experience includes transformative change leadership at RBS and management consulting at Deloitte, focusing on large-scale organisational transformations. Joanna holds a degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork.
