Nicole Salliss

Nicole Salliss is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Director for Technology Transformation at the London Stock Exchange Group since June 2022, Nicole previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Direct Line Group from December 2018 to June 2022. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Barclays from June 2008 to December 2018 included various roles, culminating as Global HR Business Partner in Technology. Earlier experience includes HR positions at Schroders and Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services.
