Alexandrine Busch-Kauf

Alexandrine Busch-Kauf is an experienced program manager currently working at Lonza since October 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandrine served as the Senior Customer Project Leader for Large Molecules & ATMP and as a Project Leader in Biopharmaceuticals at Solvias from October 2020 to October 2024. Alexandrine held the position of Team Leader in QC Chemistry at DSM Nutritional Products Ltd Branch Pentapharm from June 2018 to September 2020. From September 2007 to May 2018, Alexandrine worked at Confarma France, rising to the roles of Head of Sample Logistics and Head of the Physico-chemistry Department. Earlier experiences include a post-doctoral researcher position at ICOA and a similar role at the Université de Stuttgart. Alexandrine earned a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from ETH Zürich in 2017 and holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen, among other degrees in chemistry from the Université de Rouen.
