Melissa Partridge

Melissa Partridge serves as Vice President and Director of Community Investments at Loomis, Sayles & Company since August 2021, where the focus is on corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, and enhancing diversity through targeted internship programs. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Director of Corporate and Foundation Philanthropy at Babson College, establishing partnerships to support college initiatives. Melissa has also held leadership positions including Executive Director at the One Love Foundation, Chief of Staff at Mass Insight Education, and Director of Transformation Strategy and Compliance at Boston Public Schools, driving initiatives in education and community support. Earlier experience includes teaching roles in both private and public school systems, as well as financial services positions at Lehman Brothers and UBS. Melissa holds an Ed.M in Educational Leadership from Harvard, a Master's in Curriculum and Teaching from Fordham University, and a Bachelor's in English from Villanova University.
