Frank Raccio

Frank Raccio is a licensed nursing home administrator with extensive experience in rehabilitation and healthcare management. Currently serving at Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation since October 2025, Raccio previously held the position of corporate director of rehabilitation at Ryders Health Management from January 2021 to September 2025. Prior roles include executive director at Lighthouse Home Health Care, director of rehabilitation at Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation, and director of rehabilitation at Bel-Air Manor. Raccio began a career as a physical therapist assistant at Montowese Health and Rehabilitation. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Nursing Home Administrator License from Quinnipiac University, an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Tunxis Community College, a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Trainer from Southern Connecticut State University.
