Robin Brown

Robin Brown is a Senior Program Manager at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, specializing in the Office of Diversion and Reentry since July 2019. In this role, Robin oversees a team focused on data management, community provider referrals, and housing resource allocation. Previously served as a Program Manager within the same office, managing various housing initiatives and leading data analytics for mortality and COVID-19 metrics. Prior experience includes a Graduate Fellowship with the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, supporting health policy development, and coordinating outreach for a medical surveillance program at Zenith American Solutions, Inc. Robin holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Anthropology from American University.
