Charles Stringer

Charles Stringer is the Managing Director at RRG Capital Management, where they lead investments in sustainable water, agriculture, conservation, food supply, and renewable energy. They have extensive legal experience, having served as Assistant Regional Counsel at the US Environmental Protection Agency and as Senior Tribal Attorney for the White Mountain Apache Tribe. Charles founded the Law Offices of CM Stringer and has held significant roles such as Board Member at the State of California Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board. Currently, they serve as a Commissioner on the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, focusing on strategic planning and funding allocations to combat homelessness in Los Angeles County. Charles earned a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
