Acacia McNeil

Acacia McNeil is currently the Volunteer Resources Coordinator at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, where optimization of volunteer program performance is achieved through implementing CiviCRM reporting systems for over 500 volunteers. In a parallel role as the Experiential Marketing & Event Lead at PrissyTalks, Acacia has successfully executed the Noir Reflections art gallery event, securing strategic sponsorships to enhance event offerings. Prior to these roles, Acacia held multiple positions at EveryoneSocial, including Sr. Implementation Manager and Account Strategist, where platform utilization significantly increased. Additional experience spans various roles in customer service, operations training, and sales across organizations such as Envoy Air, Hilton Grand Vacations, and Michael Kors, showcasing strong capabilities in team management, training development, and operations efficiency. Acacia is pursuing further education at Los Angeles City College.
