Mutiara Dita Arini

Mutiara Dita Arini has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 with an internship at PT Pertamina (Persero) where they learned about oil refinery principles and evaluated the performance of a Methanator Product Water Cooler. In 2016, they worked as a Physical Chemistry Laboratory Assistant at the University of Brawijaya. Currently, Arini is working at LOTTE chemical, joining as a Process Engineer in January 2017 and later promoted to the role of Senior Process Engineer in April 2021.

Mutiara Dita Arini completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Brawijaya from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including Halal Management System from LPPOM MUI in July 2018, Hazard and Operability Study from PT Inti Kautsar in February 2018, Microsoft Office Desktop Application Certificate from TRUST Training Partners in December 2015, Awareness Training for Environmental Management System Based on ISO 14001:2004, Awareness Training for Occupational Health and Management Based on OHSAS 18001:2007, and Awareness Training for Quality Management System Based on ISO 9001:2008 from Bina Profesi Institute in November 2015, and Diplome D'Etudes En Langue Francaise (DELF) A2 from the French Ministry of Education in March 2013.
