Chau Luu

Chau Luu is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in luxury brand management. Currently serving as the Retail Excellence Director for the Middle East at Louis Vuitton since May 2019, Chau has previously held roles including Retail Performance Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as Women Leathergoods Sales Manager at Louis Vuitton Maison Champs Elysees. Prior to this, valuable experience was gained at Cartier from September 2010 to May 2019, including serving as the Senior Project Manager for the Bond Street Flagship reopening and Japan Retail Operations Manager, overseeing operations for 32 stores in Japan. Earlier career experience includes positions at Richemont UK as Supply Chain & Merchandising Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from IDRAC Lyon Business School.
