Chad W. has had an extensive and diverse work experience across various industries. Chad began their career in the military, serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Force Reconnaissance Team Leader from 1988 to 1992. Chad then joined the US Army, where they held roles such as Company Commander, Operations Officer, and Platoon Leader, while also serving as a Helicopter Pilot from 1992 to 1998. Following their military service, Chad joined the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) as Chief of Staff, Battalion Commander, Executive Officer, and Helicopter Pilot from 1998 to 2010.

After their military career, Chad transitioned to the corporate sector. Chad worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Plant HR & Safety Manager from 2010 to 2013, and then as an Area Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2017. Chad also served as Vice President of Human Resources at SmileDirectClub from November 2017 to April 2018.

Chad then moved to McDermott International, Ltd, where they held the positions of Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources for a division from 2018 to 2024. Chad also served as the Director of Human Resources for the Louisiana-Pacific Corporation from January 2024.

Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a diverse background in human resources, operations, and aviation.

Chad W. has a Doctor of Business Administration in Global Leadership and Management from Baker College. Chad also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Williamson College. In addition, they have a Master of Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and a Diploma in Intermediate Level Education (ILE) from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Chad W. completed their Bachelor of Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary (ATS).
