Dr. Matthias Korff, LL.M. serves as General Counsel for Lovehoney Group since August 2021, previously holding the same position at WOW Tech Group from October 2020 to July 2021. Prior experience includes Principal Legal Counsel at BOMBARDIER from July 2008 to October 2020 and roles as Attorney-at-Law at Broich Bezzenberger Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten and White & Case LLP. Dr. Korff specializes in corporate law, capital markets law, and mergers and acquisitions. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Law from Leipzig University and a Master of Laws from Temple University, along with significant legal training in Germany culminating in two state examinations.
