Hon. Freda L. Wolfson

Hon. Freda L. Wolfson (ret.) serves as a Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since February 2023, focusing on complex commercial litigation, special master appointments in multidistrict litigations, monitorships, internal investigations, and presiding over mock trials and oral arguments, while also leading the firm's ADR practice. Prior to this role, Freda L. Wolfson held the position of Chief District Judge at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from December 2002 to January 2023 and served as Magistrate Judge at the same court from May 1986 to December 2002. Freda L. Wolfson earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
