Michael Reinhardt

Michael Reinhardt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, and general corporate law. Currently a Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP since 2008, Michael has previously held positions as a Director at UBS Investment Bank and Counsel at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. Michael holds a JD in Law from Harvard Law School, obtained between 1992 and 1995, and a BA from Rutgers University.
