Bob Thomas

Bob Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching, currently serving as a Leadership Development Coach at Lozier Corporation since February 2023. Previously, Bob spent over two decades at Cargill as a Team Coach from September 1999 to February 2023. Bob's military background includes serving as an Aircraft Maintenance & Logistics Officer in the US Air Force from August 1986 to December 1992, overseeing 28 nuclear-capable B52 aircraft and managing 500 maintenance personnel, and as a B52 Crew Chief from August 1976 to August 1980. Bob holds an FAA Airframe & Power Plant license from Southern Illinois University, along with previous education at Mid Continent Bible College.
