Crystal Phillips

Crystal Phillips is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Consultant at LPL Financial since March 2024. Previously, Crystal held the position of Director of Training at SC Thrive from February 2022 to October 2023 and served as the Director of Member Relations at the Palmetto Association for Children and Families between December 2020 and March 2022. Early in the career path, Crystal worked as Development Director I at the University of South Carolina Center for Child and Family Studies from August 2018 to December 2020, and prior roles include Intake Coordinator at The Bair Foundation and Direct Care II at Laura Dester Children's Center. Crystal possesses a Master of Business Administration from Kaplan University-Davenport Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Oral Roberts University.
