Simon Guy

Simon Guy is an experienced food service professional with a diverse background in management and culinary arts. Currently serving as a District Manager for LPM & Affiliates since May 2022 and as an Assistant General Manager for AVI Foodsystems at Wellesley College Dining Services since September 2021, Simon also holds the position of Vice President of Operations at The Simpon Corporation since June 1995, specializing in creative and cost-effective food service solutions. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Rossi's Restaurant, The Flatly Companies, and The Chapel Hill Country Club, where Simon focused on menu development, high-end catering, and staff management. Simon holds an associate degree in culinary arts from Southern New Hampshire University.
