John Bedell

Senior Associate John Bedell joined LS3P in 2015 and has since been a key member of the firm’s Commercial Studio, playing an integral role in major multi-use, residential, and urban infill developments as well as master planning efforts such as The Jasper, Line Street Development, and Celebrity Square at Broadway at the Beach.

A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1995 with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences, John is highly skilled in all phases of design and construction from site selection through construction, and has designed and delivered a diverse portfolio of work in the Charleston area and beyond. He is currently serving as a Board Member for the Charleston Chapter of the Building Enclosure Council.
