Amy Fischer

Amy Fischer is a Principal and Executive Vice President at LSA Associates, Inc. Amy has over 20 years of experience in the field of transportation planning and air quality management.

Ms. Fischer began their career as an Air Quality Planner for the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. In this role, they researched and prepared reports on emissions and methodologies for sources contained in the District wide emissions inventory. Amy also performed daily research of current and predicted meteorological conditions and forecasting models to determine the daily air quality forecast.

In 2000, Ms. Fischer transitioned to a Planning Coordinator role with the Fresno Council of Governments. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and participating in the development of short-range and long-range transportation plans for Fresno County.

In 2003, Ms. Fischer joined VRPA Technologies, Inc. as a Transportation Planner. In this role, they were responsible for air quality, noise, and traffic impact analyses for a variety of new residential and commercial development and road projects throughout the State of California.

Ms. Fischer has been with LSA Associates, Inc. since 2005 and currently serves as Principal and Executive Vice President. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of planners and engineers in the development of comprehensive plans, environmental impact reports, traffic studies, and funding applications for public and private clients.

Amy Fischer has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Policy Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno.
