Pratyusha Thammu

Pratyusha Thammu currently serves as the Head of Training Quality & Governance for the TW Collection Division at L&T Finance since June 2023. Previous roles include Associate Director at ekincare from November 2020 to May 2023, and Project Head for Quality Management, Risk & Fraud Attenuation at WyzMindz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from February 2019 to November 2020. Pratyusha has also worked as a Process Specialist at Knoah Solutions, Training Manager at Cognizant, and Training and Quality Manager at JPMorgan Chase. Early career experience includes serving as a Quality Analyst at Mahindra Satyam from August 2006 to August 2011, where responsibilities included auditing calls and overseeing a new hire training program. Pratyusha holds a degree in B.Sc. Computers from Andhra University and attended Tiny Tots in Vizag for early education.
