Jen has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources executive earned at Accenture Consulting as well as in executive roles at healthcare and Fortune 500 companies. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama and completed the Master of Science in Organization Development program at Pepperdine. Jen’s experience includes leading and managing human resource teams in complex and high-growth business environments. She is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, talent development, human resources, total rewards and organization development.
