Anna Płaszko-Tyndzik has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at Lufthansa Systems since September 2009. In this role, Anna focuses on designing and implementing L&D policies, developing talent management processes, and coordinating employee potential assessments. Previous positions include Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Development Specialist, and Human Resources Development Specialist, where Anna contributed to employee experience strategies, performance appraisal systems, and the management of HR-related projects.
