Tess Hales is the Chief Customer Officer of lululemon Studio. Tess has been with lululemon for just over two years, previously serving as the Head of Customer for MIRROR from October 2020 to September 2022. Prior to joining lululemon, Tess was the VP of Marketing for MAC Cosmetics from October 2018 to September 2020. Tess started their career in marketing at Birchbox where they served as the VP (General Manager) of Birchbox Man from February 2016 to September 2017 and as the Director of Business Development from July 2014 to February 2016. Tess began their professional career as a Manager of Corporate Strategy at Estee Lauder from January 2011 to December 2012 and then transitioned to consulting at Bain & Company from January 2008 to December 2011. Tess started their career in the summer of 2007 as a Summer Associate at Katzenbach Partners LLC.

Tess Hales has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College.
