Sonia Tourou

Sonia Tourou serves as a Partner Enablement Manager at LumApps since October 2025, bringing extensive experience in knowledge management and enablement from previous roles, including Knowledge & Enablement Manager at Partoo from September 2023 to October 2025, where Sonia designed programs for Revenue teams and collaborated with Sales Leadership. Prior experience includes roles at OpenClassrooms as a CSM, managing relationships with academic tutors, and as an Account Manager at AssoConnect, where Sonia focused on federal accounts and the development of sales training programs. Additional experiences include marketing and operational roles at Air France and various sales positions in real estate and retail. Sonia holds a Master's degree in Marketing from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and has also studied at TU Dortmund University and Université d'Angers.
