Jonathan Roberts is the Senior Director at Luminary Labs. Jonathan has over 7 years of experience in consulting, market strategy, and analysis.

Jonathan started their career as a Global Analyst at the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Jonathan then moved to Treacy & Company as an Engagement Leader before joining cg42 as a Senior Consultant.

At cg42, Jonathan helped deliver business and brand transformation for insurance, investment, and professional services companies. Jonathan led complex quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, bringing a more authentic customer and employee voice to the boardroom.

In their current role at Luminary Labs, Jonathan is responsible for driving growth and impact through the incubation of new ventures. Jonathan works with startups to commercialize their products and scale their businesses.

Jonathan Roberts attended The Pingry School before going on to Harvard University, where they earned a B.A. in Government.
