Lily Batley

Lily Batley currently serves as a Senior Consultant for LVI Associates in Environmental Engineering, Geology, and Compliance, where since January 2024, leadership of Southern California operations has been a key responsibility, focusing on team management and candidate sourcing in environmental engineering and infrastructure. Prior to this role, Lily worked as a Service Agent at Goosehead Insurance Agency from August 2023 to January 2024 and as a Supervisor at Opus Coffee from February 2021 to October 2022. Lily holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Behavioral Analysis and a minor in Italian Studies from the University of Florida.
