Deena Brooks-Donayre is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director for LVMH Beauty in the Middle East and Africa since March 2018, Deena leads a talented HR team dedicated to supporting prestigious luxury beauty brands. As a Co-Founder of Heroes Academy Dubai, Deena is committed to raising the standards of martial arts teaching in the region. Previous experience includes significant roles at Chalhoub Group, Motorola Solutions, Supreme Group, averda, Basildon Borough Council, IBM, and GE Capital. Deena holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Local Government Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds.
