Executive Business Partner, Creative

Growth · Full-time · Palo Alto, United States

Lyft was founded in 2012 by Logan Green and John Zimmer to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation, and is available to approximately 95 percent of the United States population as well as select cities in Canada. Lyft is committed to effecting positive change for our cities by offsetting carbon emissions from all rides, and by promoting transportation equity through shared rides, bikeshare systems, electric scooters, and public transit partnerships.

At Lyft, our mission is to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.

We’re looking for an Executive Business Partner to work with our VP, Creative. You’ll be joining the team at an incredible moment of optimism and joy, as vaccine access becomes more widely available. People are looking forward to going out again and Lyft has a major role to play in helping people get back out there.

The perfect candidate is someone who’s incredibly organized, a true team-player, and a good-natured cat-herder. (That last one’s a joke. Kind of.) You’ll handle the executive’s calendar, help prepare for meetings and events, and take a seat at the table to track progress and action items to move projects forward, as needed. You’ll also help coordinate events and meetings with the broader team. You’re the kind of person who makes things happen. You’re not afraid to show up as yourself, while uplifting those around you.

  • Plan team building events and keep a pulse on culture and team morale
  • You will report to the VP, Creative

  • Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Mental health benefits
  • In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have unlimited paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off
  • 401(k) plan to help save for your future
