Senior Director, Design & Head, Consumer at Lyft

Jenny Arden is the Senior Director of Design and Head of Consumer at Lyft. Jenny oversees all consumer experiences and products, including ridesharing, bikes, scooters, transit, and autonomous vehicles. Jenny has helped create new customer centric ridesharing products to increase revenue and meet consumer needs. Jenny also worked with leadership on developing a 3 year vision to guide the entire company. Prior to their current role, Jenny was the VP of Digital Design at Nike where they oversaw the strategy, vision, and product experience for Nike.com, the Nike App, Nike Training Club, Nike Running Club, SNKRS, and a large suite of in-house operational tools. Jenny has also held positions at Airbnb as the GM of Transportation and at Google as the Design Lead for Self-Driving Cars.

Jenny Arden graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Brown University. Jenny also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Northwestern University - Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences.
