Kristen Quinn is the Director of Product for Lyft Business at Lyft. Kristen has over 15 years of experience in product management and strategy, with a focus on mobile product strategy. Kristen started their career as a Senior Analyst at Analysis Group, where they advised clients on growth strategy, organizational effectiveness, customer loyalty, marketing optimization, category management, and private equity due diligence. Kristen then became a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company before joining Walmart eCommerce as the Director of Mobile Product Strategy. In this role, Kristen oversaw strategy and roadmap development, initiative prioritization, customer experience, financial planning, analytics, and multi-channel integration for all Sam’s Club mobile initiatives. Kristen joined Lyft in 2015 as the Senior Director of Product for Lyft Business, where they managed the Product team and co-led the cross-functional tech team of 75+ responsible for Lyft’s B2B product offerings and enterprise platforms, across >10K organizations.

Kristen Quinn earned a BS in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Kristen then went on to earn an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
