Barry Gould

Barry leads board-level searches across all sectors of industry and commerce. He specialises in the recruitment of Chief Executives, Finance Directors, Chairmen and Non-Executive Directors and he has handled a large number of international assignments for multi-national companies. He began his search career with Russell Reynolds and subsequently became a senior partner in the Board practice and headed the Private Equity practice for Whitehead Mann. In 2004 he established an independent board practice which he incorporated into Lygon Group in 2008. Prior to executive search, Barry worked in general management with the Inchcape Group in the UK and internationally, with activities spanning marketing, distribution, business services and shipping. He has a BA from London University and an MBA from Cranfield.
