Michelle Rossouw

Michelle joined Lygon Group from MWM, where she focused on board and executive level appointments across sectors, having previously worked in the board practices of Stonehaven and Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann. Earlier in her career, Michelle spent five years as Director and COO of Alone in London, a not-for-profit organisation and is currently a Trustee of African mental health charity, Amaudo UK. Michelle is a qualified barrister, with a BL from the Inns of Court School of Law. She has an LLB law degree from Birmingham University.
