Delaney Kennedy

Delaney Kennedy is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Lynberg & Watkins, APC since May 2021. Prior roles include Law Clerk and Summer Associate at the same firm, as well as a Certified Law Clerk in the Sexual Assault Unit at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Delaney also worked as a Law Clerk in the Gang/TARGET Unit at the same office. Previous experience includes positions as an Office Assistant at Kennedy Investigative Services Inc., an Intern in the Sex Crimes Division at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, and various training programs focused on report writing and sexual assault investigations through local law enforcement training academies. The educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California, and additional studies in Psychology at John Cabot University.
