Jillian O'Neill

Jillian O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jillian is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Lyndra Therapeutics since March 2022. Prior to this, they were associated with Biogen from 2020 to 2022, where they held the roles of Associate Director of Human Resources for the US Organization and Senior Manager of Human Resources for US Alzheimer's Disease.

Before joining Biogen, Jillian worked at Sanofi as a Human Resources- Employee Relations Partner from 2019 to 2020. Jillian also had a significant role at Bioverativ, a Sanofi company, where they served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources from 2016 to 2019.

Jillian's earlier experience includes various roles at Biogen, where they were the Manager of HR Operations, Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations (interim), Employee Relations Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, and Executive Assistant, from 2010 to 2016.

Jillian began their professional journey at Forrester Research as an Account Development Manager from 2008 to 2010, and before that, they worked as an Executive Loan Officer at Homeloan Investment Bank from 2004 to 2008.

Jillian O'Neill obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications and Management from Assumption University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Emmanuel College (Boston) from 2012 to 2014.
