Frederic Peurton

Frederic Peurton is currently the Plant Manager at Lynxeo in Draveil, Ile de France, overseeing operations in a unit dedicated to Aerospace and Medical. With a technical background in material science focused on polymers, Frederic has held various roles, including COO and representative director at Nexans Japan, and has extensive experience in process engineering, quality management, and research and development. Over a decade of expatriate experience has enriched their understanding of cultural differences, and Frederic's work philosophy is centered on safety, customer satisfaction, competitiveness, people development, and environmental sustainability. They earned a PhD in Polymers from LSPES Lille and have advanced degrees from FIUPSO Orsay and ESPCI Paris.
