Jessica Edwards

Jessica Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, organizational development, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Coach Management at Lyra Health since November 2017, Jessica leads the coaching program facilitation team, focusing on onboarding and education for new coaches while maintaining program quality and integrity. Jessica also founded Jessica Edwards Coaching in 2013, working with a select group of clients to help them navigate personal and professional challenges. Previous roles include Manager of Learning & Organizational Development at Leo Burnett, where Jessica collaborated with executives on various organizational initiatives, and Senior Account Executive at Arc Worldwide, managing business strategy for client accounts. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
