Garfield Lewis

Garfield Lewis is an experienced Senior Software Engineer at LzLabs GmbH, specializing in the development of the Software Defined Mainframe (SDM), which emulates an IBM System z system in a Linux environment. Prior to this role, Garfield served as Chief Software Architect/Engineer and a founding partner at Flow Healthcare, where a SaaS solution for consolidating medical procedure reports was designed and developed. Garfield has substantial experience in software engineering management, having led development teams at Vital Insights for a SaaS application in the automobile industry. Additional experience at IBM Canada Software Lab includes significant contributions to DB2 development, focusing on performance optimization and collaboration with major technology companies. Garfield holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from York University.
