Claus Vange Mynster

Claus Vange Mynster is the current Director of Law & HR at M. Goldschmidt Holding. Claus has over ten years of experience working in the legal field. Claus started their career as an Associate at Bech-Bruun Law Firm in 2006 and worked there for four years. In 2009, they transitioned to the insolvency department where they served as a trustee in a variety of bankruptcies and provided advice to distressed companies. In 2010, they left Bech-Bruun to join M. Goldschmidt Holding.

At Bech-Bruun, Claus was part of the real estate and construction department from 2006 to 2008. Claus advised construction companies, landlords, property managers and property owners on construction law, commercial leases, sale and purchase of commercial property, and property development. In the period 2009-2010, they were a part of the insolvency department where they served as a trustee in a variety of bankruptcies and provided advice to distressed companies. Working with distressed companies gave him insight into issues related to business economics and finance, including real estate financing.

In relation to individual cases, Claus had managerial responsibility towards assistant attorneys and for a period of time the overall management responsibility for 4 legal students.

Claus Vange Mynster has a Master's Degree in Law from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, and a certification from Advokatsamfundet in Advokat. Claus also has a High School diploma from Sorø Akademis Skole.

Claus Vange Mynster reports to Søren Bjørn Hansen, Managing Director. They are on a team with Frederik Lauritzen - IT & Digital Development, Manager Group DPO, Louise Weje - Head of Administration, and Ulrik Bebe - Project Director.
