Roland L. Wilson

Director, Logistics at M. Holland

As the Director of Logistics, Roland leads M. Holland’s supply chain planning and execution functions with a focus on operational excellence, internal collaboration, external partnerships and cost effectiveness. Prior to joining M. Holland in 2013, Roland served as the director of manufacturing and distribution at West Monroe Partners and as the vice president of information technology planning and integration at Liquidity Services, Inc. He began his career as a manager of total quality and training at International Paper before serving in a variety of senior manager and director roles at Anderson Business Consulting, ICG Commerce and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Roland has a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations Management from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Roland and his family of six live in the western suburbs of Chicago. He has been active in faith, charitable and youth sports organizations over the years and enjoys outdoor activities including bicycling, hiking and playing handball. He’s also an automotive enthusiast and music aficionado.
