Joseph Obuya

Joseph Obuya, MIHRM, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in global recruitment, talent management, and human resources strategy. Currently serving as HR Senior Lead at M-KOPA Solar since October 2019, Joseph collaborates with teams across Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania, and the UK to design recruitment plans and manage talent pools. Previously, as Senior HR Business Partner at NOVEL TECHNOLOGIES EA LTD, Joseph focused on employee resourcing and talent management initiatives, while earlier roles included Human Resources Assistant at Muthaiga Country Club, where Joseph handled recruitment, learning and development, and policy guidance. Educational qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from St. Paul's University.
