Jane Ngivu is a highly experienced Chief Nursing Officer currently serving at M.P. Shah Hospital since February 2024, after holding the position of Acting Chief Nursing Officer from April 2020 to February 2024. Prior to this, Jane worked at Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital for over thirteen years, where roles included Quality and Safety Manager and Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Kenya Methodist University. Currently, Jane is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership at PAC University, demonstrating a commitment to advancing expertise in the healthcare field.
