Carolina Rios

Carolina Rios is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Mace since February 2022, acting as an Owner's Representative. Prior roles include Project Manager at Brodson Construction Inc. and Plaza Construction, as well as Assistant Project Manager at Kaufman Lynn Construction, where responsibilities encompassed construction activities management, budget oversight, and compliance with architectural and engineering standards. Carolina's earlier experience includes quality control and assurance management at Adonel Concrete, where expertise in concrete mix development ensured compliance with construction specifications and LEED requirements. Carolina holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Libre. Currently, Carolina is pursuing further education at Harvard Business School.
