Anthony Odoemena

Anthony Odoemena, PhD, PMP is a Program Manager for Business Census at the City of Edmonton since October 2019, contributing to the implementation of the Economic Action Plan. Additionally, Odoemena serves as a Method Analyst in Service Innovation & Performance at MacEwan University and as a Sessional Lecturer in the Fundamentals of Public Policy. Previous roles include an Analyst in Strategic Integration with the Government of Alberta and a Sessional Lecturer at Concordia University of Edmonton. Odoemena holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Relations and Affairs from The University of Tokyo, earned between 2011 and 2015.
